Four Generations on the Same Land...
Masmana’s story began in the fertile lands of Kilis, among olive groves preserved and cared for across generations.
In these groves, cultivated by our family for four generations, we grow Kilis Yağlık olives, the region’s native olive variety. Every tree carries the imprint of the soil, the climate, the passing years, and the agricultural knowledge handed down from one generation to the next.
This land, home to an olive culture spanning approximately 4,000 years, continues to guide our approach to production today. We see our groves not simply as places of cultivation, but as a living heritage that must be protected, nurtured, and passed on to future generations.

We care for our groves with respect for the natural structure of the soil, local water resources, and the ecosystem as a whole. With every harvest, we aim to preserve the natural character of both the tree and its fruit.
Our olives are carefully harvested at the ideal stage of ripeness and delivered for processing without delay. In this way, we preserve the distinctive aroma, fruitiness, and character of the Kilis Yağlık olive in every bottle.
The character of Masmana olive oils is shaped not only at the production facility, but much earlier—in the structure of the soil, the care of the trees, and the timing of the harvest.
That is why the journey of every bottle begins in the Masmana Groves.
